Franklin has just received approval to put additional parking in for Franklin High School with the agreement that the parking can be used by the public in the evenings and on weekends within 3 minute walking distance from the brewery
Slipcast Brewing doesn’t know the exact number of parking spots but using scale this should be more than 50 spots

Nearby Improvements
Franklin Downtown Projects
Franklin City is in the earlier stages of a complete revitalization of its downtown area which Slipcast Brewing will be located.
Slipcast Brewing will be located on the corner of Riley (1st most traveled) and 6th Street (3rd most traveled) which is considered the Gateway to Franklin according to Franklin’s revitalization plan.
The image below summarizing the $155M worth of key revitalization plans going on in the city of which about half are still yet to be implemented.
Note this image does not include some key projects for Slipcast Brewing already approved and funded such as public parking and widening of Riley Boulevard discussed in other sections

Brewery Intersection Improvements
Franklin has recently received funding to improve and widen the intersection right where the brewery is located, Riley and 6th street to improve the look and handle not only the current traffic but also the expected growth
These improvements include additional lanes as well as plants, upgraded walk ways and lighting among other beautification

Nearby Additional Retail
Most recently (June 2025), Franklin just received $300K to prepare property within 3 minute walk of Slipcast Brewing for new retail that will undoubtable bring traffic to the brewery and increase property value
